We're a fam that's come together over the years, based on mutual respect and genuine friendship. We've moved mountains together and survived tsunamis - together - and we've decided that we'd like to work for ourselves for a change.
Non-Traditional and proud of it
We're young and old, digital natives and old codgers who remember replacing the telex machine with a newfangled facsimile machine. Some of us have day jobs, and for some of us this is a full-time gig. And while we're not exactly the gig economy, our virtual structure is designed to be more responsive to your needs. You don't pay for agency overhead. We put the right people on your team, so you're paying for expertise and grunt work but not subsidizing our office rent or the salaries of people that never touch your account..

Talk therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Psychiatric session
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.
45 mins | $250 | Get started
Coaching session
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals.
50 mins | $200 | Get started
Acupuncture session
In-person only, this session helps alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
